If WebParking.COM, Inc. does not produce any top twenty positions for the keyword phrases used to find your site on the search engines we will refund the first quarter of monthly positioning as long as all the work performed was stored on the Client's web site. If you make any changes to the site WebParking.COM, Inc. may not be responsible for the consequences or guarantee top positions.WebParking.COM, Inc. does not refund the Initial Positioning cost, because the optimization of the web site which includes optimized Meta tags, added content and other web pages created by WebParking.COM, Inc. are property of the Client and is retained by the Client.
Yahoo and Open Directory are not GUARANTEED to get listed. This is due to the directories decision whether or not to add a Web site to their database. However, we have had a 100% success rate of getting our clients listed in these directories.
WebParking.COM, Inc. does not guarantee the search engine positions obtained will be permanent, for the web site. The ever changing algorithms of the search engines create fresh results and flush spam out of their indexes, which may reduce the ranking of top positioned web sites over time.
Whenever WebParking.COM, Inc. recommends specific modifications to the design or content of the web site in order to improve its position on the search engines, and the customer does not make the recommended changes, no refund will be given if a top twenty position is not met.
